Stuart Fairclough BSc FIA

Chairman of LCL Life Insurance Division

Stuart is an actuary and has spent his career in retail financial services, initially within the UK life and investment industry.

In 1991 he moved into the international life market, establishing and heading up Scottish Provident International until taking early retirement in 2001. He has chaired a number of industry bodies including the Association of International Life Officers and the Manx Insurance Association as well as serving on Government consultative committees. He became a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries in 1977 and is a non-executive director of a number of financial services companies both in the Isle of Man and the UK.

Jeffrey More BSc FFA

Chief Executive Officer, LCL Services (IOM) Limited and LCL International Life Assurance Company Limited

Jeffrey joined LCL in 2005 and manages the acquisition and transfer of international life portfolios into LCL International, a consolidator of offshore life insurers. He was appointed CEO of LCL Services (IOM) Limited in 2007.

Jeffrey qualified as an actuary in 1989 and his experience has included product development at Scottish Provident Institution, appointed actuary of Scottish Provident International and managing director of Aberdeen International (IoM) Life.

Paul Rowlands MAPM

Business Support Director, LCL Services (IOM) Limited

Paul joined LCL Services (IOM) Limited in 2004 and was appointed Business Support Director in 2009.

He is a certified PRINCE2 practitioner and a member of the association for project management. Paul has over 20 years experience in the financial services sector working initially in the UK life and pensions industry. Since 1994 Paul has been working for Isle of Man life companies such as Clerical Medical International, Scottish Life International and Axa.

Peter Craddock FCA

Finance Director and Company Secretary, LCL Services (IOM) Limited

Peter joined LCL Services (IOM) Limited in 2007, and was appointed as Finance Director in 2009.

He qualified as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland in 1993. Peter has worked in the Manx financial services sector, principally in life insurance, and has fulfilled a number of roles covering financial reporting, development and corporate functions at Scottish Provident International, Friends Provident International and Willis Management (IOM).

Nick Wait

Operations Director, LCL Services (IOM) Limited

Nick joined LCL Services (IOM) Limited in 2004 as Administration Manager and was appointed Operations Director in 2011.

He is a customer services and business systems professional with extensive experience of UK and international financial services, gained from more than 25 years in the industry. His roles with companies like Clerical Medical International and Scottish Life International and at LCL have included client relationship management and compliance functions as well as managing the administration functions.
