LCL Services (IOM) Limited is based in Douglas in the Isle of Man which has a world-class reputation as a centre for offshore finance. Over the last 30 years, the Isle of Man has developed into one of the largest offshore insurance and investment centres and is now regarded as the global centre for international life assurance.

The island was awarded the title: Best International Financial Services Centre 2008 for the 8th time at the International Investment 2009 awards.

To maintain its position, the island provides excellent financial supervision and regulation and enjoys long-term political and economic stability. The government is committed to supporting international financial activity, characterised by a flexible and non-bureaucratic approach.

The Isle of Man, through its ancient parliament, Tynwald, enjoys domestic, legislative and political autonomy.

The Isle of Man was one of only 7 'offshore centres' to be named on the original OECD 'white list' of 40 countries which was announced at a meeting of the G20 world leaders in London on 2nd April 2009.
